This 30-day Jumpstart Program includes:

This is my clients’ favorite ! One-on-one coaching program sessions are private, individual, and custom-made. Here, you’ll be able to talk about your health, goals, dreams in a confidential and comfortable setting.
These coaching sessions are in person and follow your unique needs and goals.
During these sessions, we'll delve into a variety of topics, ranging from nutrition, relationships, to career, spirituality, exercise, and much more. During these sessions, we'll explore new and sustainable habits that will allow you to achieve every goal you set quickly and successfully.
You are worthy of a better life and deserve the best. I will be there cheering you on and assisting you through each and every step so you can attain your health objectives smoothly.

This program is similar to the 90-day Balanced Life program. However, with this program we will be diving deeper into your day-to-day habits and transforming them into new, healthy, sustainable practices.
This 6-month Nu Balanced Life Program includes:
