2 Tbsp yogurt (30 grams) I am using Siggi’s 0% milk fat
2 Tbsp oat bran
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 medium egg
Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl.
Set a pan over medium heat, pour the batter and cook both sides until browned.
½ cup blueberries
Place blueberries in a saucepan and heat up.
Pour onto the pancake.
This delicious pancake will keep you full for hours.
