What is a Health Coach?
Simply put, a Health Coach is a supportive mentor who aids you in making small consistent changes to achieve your unique goals related to a healthy lifestyle goals.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. Your well-being is much more than just a healthy diet. It's about finding a balance between the many facets of your life. Diet and exercise, of course, come to mind, but things such as stress management, relationships, career, home environment, spirituality, and much, much more, should be aligned. With this focus, you can finally embrace your uniqueness and take charge of living your life to the fullest.
A Health Coach is not a Doctor. I do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication.

As part of my health, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, I offer an array of helpful services:
My one-on-one programs are tailor-made to respond to your unique wellness goals. In this program, I will be guiding you as you take small, single steps at the time. By the end of the program, you will be able to achieve your determined goals and adapt to your new healthy lifestyle.
I also offer many additional programs - individual or group – of varying length to respond to your individual needs.
I am now regularly hosting wellness workshops. These include topics such as Ten Keys to Healthy Eating, Detox, or Energy, etc. You can find more information on these workshops on my events page, or feel free to contact me if you’d like to host a workshop for your company or organization. I would be happy to work closely with your team!
If there’s any tried and true way to develop better eating habits, then it has to be homemade meals. Yet, very few people take the time to master culinary arts, especially when it comes to healthy cooking.
If you are one of these people, there’s no need to worry! I run cooking classes three times a month. Two are health-related classes and the third is a class on French cooking. After these classes, you will be able to cook healthy meals at home and can discover the rich history of French cuisine.
